
Dolly's Favorite
jalapeño cornbread
you will need:
1 pkg Duncan Hines® Dolly Parton’s Sweet Cornbread & Muffin Mix
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium Jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
1 egg
PAM® Baking Spray
DO NOT EAT RAW BATTER.
1. prep
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 8 x 8-inch pan with PAM® Baking Spray.
2. mix
Stir together cornbread mix, cheddar cheese and jalapeño in large bowl. Pour in milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until well blended.
3. bake
Pour batter into pan. Bake 25 to 28 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve.
