What if I am having trouble ordering from your online store?

What forms of payment does shop.DuncanHines.com accept?
Shop.DuncanHines.com accepts the following forms of payments through our secure system:
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Shop Pay
Are there any limits on order quantities?
To allow more of our community to enjoy each baking box experience, we are only allowing one box per order during our pre-sale and two boxes per order during our public sale.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. This is to ensure we meet the quality and service expectations you expect. All Sales are FINAL.
I typed in an incorrect billing address when checking out - how can I fix this?
Incorrect billing addresses may cause issues during check out when the cardholder information doesn’t match the mailing address where your credit card statements are sent. Aside from this security check, once an order is placed and an order confirmation email is sent, an incorrect billing address causes no problems.
Can I change the shipping address after I placed an order?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping addresses. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are also unable to cancel the order after it is placed as per above. All Sales are FINAL.
I don't like the product. Can I return it?
Items purchased on DuncanHines.com are not eligible for returns and are generally nonrefundable. There are exceptions for damaged and lost items. Please email us at ContactUs@DuncanHines.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing. Refunds will be returned via the payment option selected at checkout.
SHIPPING & TRACKING:
When can I expect my order to ship?
Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days of placing your order. Orders usually arrive between 2–5 business days once the order has been shipped.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all packages via FedEx Ground.
What shipping options do I have?
Currently the only shipping method is FedEx Home & Ground. Orders usually arrive between 2-5 business days once the order has been shipped.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time, we do not have the ability to ship to multiple addresses.
Can I ship my order to a PO Box, APO/FPO address, Alaska or Hawaii?
At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska or Hawaii.
Can I ship my order internationally?
At this time, we are not able to fulfill orders outside of the continental United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your FedEx tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for this number to become active. Tracking numbers are sent by e-mail automatically after your order has shipped, so if you have not received your tracking number, your e-mail address may have been entered incorrectly during the checkout process. Feel free to contact us at ContactUs@DuncanHines.com and we can provide you with your tracking information.

Are the Duncan Hines food products in the box kosher? Vegan? Do they contain any allergens?
